South Pasadena Residence
The residence originally was a one-story 1925 Spanish Colonial revival house located in a designated historic district. The design for the remodel focused on opening up the dark and narrow central Hallway, adding a 369 square-foot Family Room on the first floor and building a 764 square-foot Master Bedroom Suite on a new second floor. Every room in the existing house, including a re-configured Kitchen, was altered and improved in some way. This project received a design award from the City of South Pasadena.
